This project involved transforming a small, two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage in need of some TLC into a charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom family home.
An extension to the rear of the cottage more than doubled the home’s total floor space, adding two new bedrooms, a new bathroom, an internal laundry, and an entertaining veranda. A detached garage was also constructed as part of the project. Additionally, the existing walls were reconfigured, and both the kitchen and the original bathroom were fully renovated.
