This project contracted Giovenco Projects to take this cute little attached semi in Croydon in need of a bit of TLC and change it into a modern and sizable family home for its owners.

The project consisted of a complete internal strip out and top floor extension, new windows throughout, 2 new bathrooms, two new bedrooms, a new kitchen, lighting and flooring throughout.

The owners are loving living in the suburb they prefer to live in, in their spacious and modernised attached semi.

BURRAWANG

This project transformed this beautiful little cottage in Burrawang in the Southern Highlands, NSW into a modern lovely holiday home for its owner to enjoy.

The project consisted of complete internal strip out back to framing, an extension to the front of the cottage, the complete re-fit of internal linings, several windows / doors, and skylights plus the installation of bespoke Kitchen and joinery, full electrical upgrade, and flooring throughout.

The owners are “over the moon” with the result and the fact the project was on budget and competed on time.

ELDERSLIE

This project transformed an Elderslie family’s single story, 20-year-old home into a beautiful modern two storey home for their growing teenage family.

The project consisted of major strip out of existing internals and the addition of a second story and new roof.

Providing the home with two extra bedrooms, a bathroom and rumpus room upstairs, an enlarged ground floor open plan kitchen and living area and a new Alfresco area. All bathrooms were modernised and a fully ducted zoned air conditioning system was installed.

Project was completed on time and within the customers budget expectations.

DOLANS BAY

This project required a full internal strip out, installation of a designer kitchen and bespoke joinery units throughout the property. We redesigned and modernised 3 bathrooms to the homeowner’s requirements. We upgraded their home with LED lighting and air-conditioning throughout.

The project required removal of structural walls and installation of structural steel to meet one of the clients requirements by the construction the integrated external entertainment area that features a bespoke outdoor kitchen with a feature stone cladded wall and a seamlessly integrated automatic louver system.

An additional requirement from our client that we honoured, was that during the building phase the existing gardens and landscaping not be disturbed as it had taken many years to establish.

Our client was extremely happy with the result and the project was completed within 20 weeks.

ORAN PARK

This project was a design and build of a duplex for a returning developer/investor client on the last block of land in a wonderful street. The client wanted a custom build for his investment, to stand out to potential buyers and get the maximum return on investment.

The duplex project consisted of a design and build by Giovenco Projects of a 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom, with large living areas and lounge rooms, designer kitchen and full ducted air conditioning.

The project was completed on time and within the customers’ budget expectations.
